How do I Create an Account?

Go to https://www.zafartstories.com/login and click “Register”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “Create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

How do I Change my Personal Details or Email Address?

You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page  and log in, then click “My Account” and “Edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

How Can I Retrieve my Password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “Forgot Password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

Is your Site Secured?

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can use all the major credit cards.

You can also pay your order to the courier employee at the time of your receipt at your place.

Deposits into a Bank Account and Paypal are also accepted.

Is VAT Charged?

VAT is included in the prices you see for each of our product.

No. You can also place an order as a guest, but you will not have the possibility to track your orders from the platform.

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. The delivery charges depends on the weight and the delivery place of your order. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you wish to return or change a product you purchased, you must first send us an e-mail at [email protected] writing the number of your electronic order and the reason of your return. Then a representative of ZafArt Stories will come in touch with you by email or phone call.
